The Wedding
Ceremony location:
Park at 1 Elfran Av Pottsville and follow the signs (maps below for reference).
Arrive at 2:30pm for drinks and nibbles before ceremony start at 3.00pm.
Reception location:
Pottsville Beach Community Hall
1 Tweed Coast Road, Pottsville.
Kids welcome at the ceremony but not the reception.
The reception hall will be open shortly after the ceremony. Maddie and Prom will arrive around 4.30.

We will meet at Hastings Point for lunch at midday on 18 May 2025 - everyone welcome. Food and coffee available at Hastings Point Corner Store, playground and swimming by the creek.
Getting There
Getting Here
Pottsville, NSW is about halfway between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Gold Coast airport is the nearest airport and is a 30 minute drive from Pottsville. There is only one bus per hour between Tweed Heads and Pottsville (#603) so you may want to consider hiring a car or using Uber/Tweed Cabs to get around.
Accommodation
There are several accommodation options in Pottsville: Pottsville South Holiday Park, Pottsville North Holiday Park, Pottsville Beach Motel, and AirBNB.
If you'd like to enjoy the beach, there are access points along Elanora Avenue/Surfside Crescent (north beach) and via Tweed Coast Road (south of the river mouth). Many also love swimming in the river, accessible via Tweed Coast Road opposite Pottsville Oval.
Nearby, Hastings Point (2km north) and Cabarita (7km north) also offer beautiful swimming spots and another holiday park. We will meet at Hastings Point for lunch on Sunday - no obligation to attend but come down if you're around.
Pottsville Village is on Coronation Avenue and has some fantastic Cafes (favourites are Corner Stop and Black Drop), restaurants (Izakaya Potts for great Japanese, Okky for fish and chips and Garden Pizza for pizza) and the Pottsville Bowls Club also has great food.
